Breakfast: Peanut Butter Drizzle
Peanut butter might be one of the few foods that I could eat any time of day. Normally, I would spread it on a piece of bread or english muffin and call it breakfast. But after last night's large pasta dinner, I thought it might be worth skipping the toast this morning. But how do I get my PB fix without something to spread it on?
Warm it up! (Why didn't I think of this sooner?)
Put 1-2 spoonfuls of PB in a small glass (try using a shot glass for a nice portion) and pop it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes or until PB is melted. Then drizzle on your favorite fruit for a healthy and hearty start to your day!
For dessert or a midnight snack, try drizzling this on a heaping scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt!
